joint family house dispute-use of section 145 of cr.pc.

(Querist) 06 August 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
my query is that I am staying out of my parental house which is in village , which was constructed by my father on ancestral land and partly purchased by him. After his death my mother and younger brother is staying there, and my cots and some utensils are also lying in rooms as liked by them and I occasionally visit and stay with them for cday or two.now if they object my entry , whether I can use section 145 of crpc and what about receiver appointment when they are already staying, and if they object my entry in main gate whether offence under ipc is created.
thanks
