A PRIVATE CO. IS REQUIRED TO APPOINT MINIMUM 02 DIRECTORS 01 OF WHICH SHOULD BE RESIDENTIAL.THE MAXIMA IS 15 FOR ANY CO.
FOR MORE THAN 15 A SPECIAL RESOLUTION IS REQUIRED.

INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE APPOINTED IN ONLY LISTED AND PUBLIC COMPANIES.
