Rights of the addopted person

Sir,

I wanted to know,
1.partition took part among the family members i.e., father and three children, and living separately,

2. out of the three sons elder brother expired with no issues , first younger brother has three male and one female issues, and second younger brother expired leaving behind has one female and one male issues to succeed his estate.

3.Elder brother's family took adoption of a son of a first younger brothertolook after the widow Sister in law, in future/old age and to succeed the elder brother's estate / property, by executing legally through a adoption deed.
4.i wanted to know that adopted son is having any right over his maternal father's estate/property?????

After adoption he has right of inheritance from adopted parents only. He cease to have any relation from his biological family.

no adopted son does not have any right on biological family property

I agree with the experts opinion that the adopted son has rights over his adopted parents intestate property alone and not on his biological parents'.
