Help in 340 crpc

(Querist) 02 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Respected sir,

trial court has rejected the application u/s 340 crpc without consideration in DV case and if the wife found working and earning handsome equally found into adultery?

can we file appeal u/s 341 crpc before High court or we have to first file appeal in session court.
