I Would like to start an Online Remedial Institution for Learning Disability Students.
What is the procedure to register the institution.

If you want it in the shape of a society then get it registered under the provisions of societies registration act and if in partnership then under partnership act and if individually then under shops and commercial establishment act but keeping in view the provisions of IT Act.

Obtain specific service of any expert.
