Clarification on children education allowance.

Dear Sir,
I have worked in Income Tax Deptt. Amritsar as Tax Assistant from 15.02.2008 to 30.09.2011 and after that on 12.10.2011 I joined as Inspector (Central Excise) at Tirupati (A.P.) and presently continuing the same post. My service has been continued from previous deptt. and I got JT and JT pay as per rule.
My son Kumar Utsav studied in Nursery (A.Y. 2010-11) and in LKG (A.Y. 2011-12) at DAV Public School, Amritsar. The class composition of that school is Nursery-LKG-UKG-Class 1-Class-2------etc. As per O.M. No. 12011/03/2008-Estt.(Allowances) dated 23.11.2009 issued by DoPT, New Delhi, the CEA is reimbursable from “2 classes prior to class-I irrespective of the nomenclature”. So I had planned for reimbursement from LKG, UKG then class 1. However, I claimed for halfyearly reimbursement for LKG class at Amritsar and already got the said reimbursement.
In the meantime, on 12.10.2011, I joined as Inspector (Central Excise) at Tirupati and after completion of Academic year in March, 2012, I shifted my family from Amritsar to Tirupati. At that time my son was already attaining the age of 5.6 years so we thought it better to get the admission in Class-1 in a local recognized school in Tirupati and dropped the UKG class. So as per circumstances explained above, the class compositions in which my son actually studied are Nursery-LKG-Class 1.
In this circumstance, your valuable guidance is solicited whether now claim of nursery is reimbursable to me or not.Whether my current department can reimburse my claim

You have already claimed against LKG and now you can't legally claim for nursery class though you have dropped UKG and have got admitted your child in class-1.
