Dear All

My father has an agriculture land in Gujarat. He had given to one perosn to do farming. Now that person has added khedut hak in that land and claims himself as his owner, but the name in 7/12 exist in name of my father. Pl advise

Ownership cannot get changed merely on the ground of khedut hak. Your father should file application before the revenue authorities to eviction of land on the ground of non-payment of payment of tenancy and all grounds. Contact local lawyer dealing in revenue matters.
