Court fee in civil appeal

Sir,
I failed in a civil suit in the court of civil judge junior division from which I am going to file appeal. Concerned civil clerk is saying that I have to file same court fee in appeal also, which has been paid in trial court.

Sir I couldn't get the reason, and couldn't find the provision. Plz mention if there is any provision regarding court fee in appeal.

Whether same law will apply, If I approach to further appeallate courts ?

Court Fess Act differs from State fro State. Here in WB, it is not so.
Check the court fees act of your state.It is not much difficult.
