Dues & salary is not cleared by organisation

Dear Sir/Madam
i am jayanta sinha from jamshedpur. I was working in a organization based in Mumbai my post was a service Er and i am posted in my native place jamshedpur. including my salary
(7600/-)P.M. they provide me few adv money when i have to do the tours to any customer site. during tour when my adv money finished i have to gave it from my pocket. and ultimately this dues rises to 13000 rs apprx i had worked for 8.5 month apprx i am requesting to clear this dues to my manager but they suggest that within two to three days it will be cleared but it is not cleared yet as well as my salary was also to low when i sent a mail to hike my salary they didn't respond me anything i was waiting for any suggestion of HRD but they didn't reply me anything.finally i sent them resignation after few days HR suggest me to submit all the tools/spare which i have, submitted to local company representative & fill the handover form & sent a scan copy of that so that my dues will be cleared. i have submitted all the tools/spares i have as per there suggestion on 8/9/12 and i took a receiving also i also sent them a scan copy but yet they didn't reply ma regarding my dues i sent them a mail on 12/9/12 but they didn't respond me please suggest me what can i do?

you have returned the tools and spare only on 8th September wait for some time . then issue legal notice for recovery of dues .
