Property original registered papers captured by relatives

Sir/Madam,
I need urgent help.
My dad had partnership business with one of my uncle "X" .
Now my dad is no more. and "X" wants to seperate the business and is giving us a new shop equal to the valuation of my dad's share.
So he ("X") made a SALE DEED in my mother's name for a new shop and a month ago (May 2012) we had been to court for signing the papers and rest formalities at court.
My another uncle "Y" came to us next day and said us that he is having some papers of a shop which is on my dad's name (bought in 1984 and was not known to us as my dad expired in 1994 due to brain cancer).
The prob here is that the SALE DEED (May 2012) made by "X" to give us a new shop as my Dad's share is either with "X" or "Y" we dont know.
And the SALE DEED for that old shop (1984) of my Dad's name is with "Y"
Now "Y" is blackmailing us to sign and give this old shop bought in 1984 to him("Y") else he will cancel the SALE DEED made by "X" to give us the new shop.
PLEASE URGENTLY SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD WE DO FOR THE PAPERS.

you can ask your uncle to give you original sale deed executed in favour of your mother . if sale deed is in favour of your mother your uncle cant keep originals . if inspite of requests he refuses to give issue legal notice to uncle .
you can also obatin copyfrom Registar office . contact a local lawyer

as far as Y is concerned dont bow dow to black mail tactics . if shop is in your father name your father was owner of said shop . your uncle Y has no rights on same .
issue him a legal notice .

Sir,
First I want to thank you all for replying my query.
1.Let me know apart from issuing them a legal notice Obtaining the copy from registrar office would be enough?
2.And please let me know how to get the copy from registrar office.
3.And yes the SALE DEED executed by uncle "X" for new shop was on my name and my mothers name.
4.The SALE DEED of old shop bought in 1984 which is with "Y" was executed on my father's name.(He has given us a xerox copy of it.

you must be having refernce no of registartion , date of registration . go to the office make enquires and request for certifed copy of the sasid document .
contact some clerk in said office . he will guide you

Thank you Sir for you patience,
What is the difference between duplicate copy and certified copy?
And once we obtain any one of the above will we need original in future or no?
And can uncle misuse the originals?
