Hello Sir i have one doubt that my house property is in the name of my mother (i came to know from the electricity and water Bills) as i needed the copy of property documents i approached the Registrar he given me three documents of the year 1955 in which the property is in the name of my father also the house ward numbers are differ so i need to ask that for whom the property is actually belong..

The documents are very old and unable to read the hand writing

If in Registration Records house is in the name of your father, the house belongs to him as owner. El. & Water Bills are not valid Title Deeds. They are for the purpose of collection of revenue.
