PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE/FORMAT FOR GETTING MYSELF ENROLLED AS AN ADVOCATE WITH BAR COUNCIL OF DELHI & INDIA.
I AM A LAW GRDUATE OF 1976.FROM DELHI UNIVERSITY.

Please visit Delhi Bar Council's office either at the High Court premises or at their Head office at Siri Fort, and ascertain the complete procedure.

I WAS WORKING IN A BANK AS A SR EXECUTIVE.
SINCE JUST RETIRED & FEEL LIKE DOING PRACTICE
AFTER SOME FURTHER STUDY & HAVING SOME EXPERIENCE WITH MY SENIORS.BETTER GET ME REGISTERED FOR THE SAME.

As per new rules 45 years is the maximum age

limit for it.

BUT I DONT THINK THAT IT WAS APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL & OTHER AUTHORITIES.

Dear MR. Pradeep,
Pl. do not wait for any thing.
Just approach the Bar Council of Delhi, get the form, complete the formalities and get yourself enrolled at the earliest and start practising.
Please believe me, there is nothing worthwhile than self-help. You have to go to the Delhi Bar Council and do the job yourself, without waiting for anybody or anything. Any other method would simply result in delay and nothing else.

There is no such age limit. The same is under stay as of now, both from Mumbai HC as well as Hyd HC.
