When an arbitration award is passed under A&C Act, 1996, it can be challenged within 3 months from the date of receipt of the award which can be further extended by another 30 days by Court. Once this period is over, no appeal lies against the award and it becomrs final.

Hence, if the period of 3 months + 30 days is over, award can be enforced as if it were a decree by a court under CPC.

#Ramesh!

You have not mentioned the minimum of maximum limit for the enforcement.

Anyway, the minimum period is 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the award and maximum 12 years of the date of the passing of the award.
