sir,
can i seek information regarding transfer of a particular case from one judge to another by nomination to chief justice?
can they refuse to give information?
if the information officer refuses to give certain information what is the effective remedy to get the desired information positively since the question involves the fundamental rights.

are you a party to suit?

you cna take search offically of court records .

ask your lawyer to do the needful .

if you are the party in the case and you want to know about yourself case then information will be provided to you and if you are not party to the suit than the information officer will send a notice to the relevant party of the case that the information you want be supplied or not.
