Stamp applicability.

In one case partition happened in 1977 in general stamp of RS.5/- which is unregistred in form can this stamp applicable in court for partition? if yes plz give reference to any case laws? thank u.

Partition properties List
Memorandum of Past Partition
Nogotiation for partition and further to be completed .

The above, are the facts to be considered by going through the contents of the Document, for consideration by Court !

A partition deed should be registered and proper stamp duty should be paid.

But you can prove fact of partition otherwise.
