property distribution

I am from Andhra Pradesh ,My grand father purchased a land(agriculture land) and a independent house in 1975 on his name,he did not made any ‘wil’l ,he died in 1982,his wife died in 1995 , he had one son and two daughters .
1)son (died)---one daughter,wife
2)elder daughter have—one grand son------marriage(1970s)
3)younger daughter(died) ---- one son,two daughters,husband ---marriage(1978)
How the property distributed among them?

No Will Deed ( property Self Acquired!) Son and duaghters share equally .

In absence of any Will, then the property is to be inherited by all the sons and daughters equally.

Since Wife died.(otherwise wife have right to one share)
( No question as to ancestral property or self acquired property)

In the share of the deceased son his wife and daughterwill get equal share in the share of the deceased son i.e., 1/6th share each.
elder daughter will get1/3rd share, younger daughter's successors will get 1/12th share each.

Between son and two gaughters, each 1/3 share of total property.

Among the son's children, all get equal share out of 1/3 share of the property i.e. 1/6 th share.

Among the daughter's children, all get equal share out of 1/3 share of the property.
In case of elder daughter children, he gets total share i.e. 1/3 share.
In case of younger daughter children, they gets equal share out of 1/3 share i.e.1/12th share.
