In Hrp suit civilcourt passed final order in favour of owner that" The Tenant are hereby directed to handover the vacant possession of the suit premises to the owner within two months from the date of this order". This order passed on 28/2/2007,but the tenant not comply this order still date,during this the original owner sale such property to another person on dated,23/3/2009. Now how can the new owner take a possession of such property.

whether any appeal was filed by tenant?
whether after period of filing appeal was over was any application made by owner for execution?

in case no such steps were taken the new owner will have to make an application to court for vacating the tenant
