Different name in birth, high school and passport

In both birth and passport name is correct.
However in high school they have added fathers name.
How to reconcile?

better change the name with gazzete notification and make it sure that all are one and the same. careful you may liable to criminal prosecution.

IMMEDIATELY YOU DECIDE YOUR CORRECT NAME WITH GOVT GAZETTE NOTIFICATION,OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE PUT IN TO HARDSHIP.
