sir, Police seized two wheeler vehicles parked in front of residential house in which three family members are playing cards and put up case against A.P.Gaming Act. Is police authorised to seize cell phones and vehicles under the A.P.Gaming Act. Any relevant case laws or other suggestions or where to question such irregularities. Please suggest

As you have narrated, persons were playing cards in residential house, so vehicles have no role and can't be seized. But police may seize the vehicle under 207 MV Act, Showing the story that persons couldn't show the relevant papers of vehicles. The same is with mobiles if there is no relevancy with gambling police can't seize.

if police booked in 13 g.act then first get the bail then relese the vehicle and mobile from the court don't confess in the case face the trail ,on the time of trial prove all things 'when you accutle from the court then file defamation case against police!

I do agree with Sarvesh. It is appropriate to make a complaint against the erring police officials before higher police officials.
