To take Hospital on Lease

My client is going to take over a Hospital.

Kindly let me know what are the proceedure?

and

Kindly give a draft of such lease deed.

A General lease deed will not be usefull. You have draft the lease deed in accordance with the terms and conditions. Engage a lawyer.
