Signature on FIR

If FIR submitted in magistrate court without any signature of police station officer and only informer signature is present, What impact it gives? and on which copy out of four of FIR, original signature requiered of informer and police station officer or IO?

What action should I take further against IO? even the suspect is also released by IO without giving a single information about her release and when I am out of station the request report is submitted under crpc 169?

on the FIR the signature of the person who informed about the offence is requiredif in writing,where in oral signe the said FIR which was writen by the POlice officer.
FIR should be copyed in case diary as same as FIR.
