Whether I am entitle to file Application in the Supreme Court

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 06 October 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
My Application in the CAT has been allowed for regularisation of services by an order given in Feb 2010 but the OP refused to comply the order as result I filed the contempt petition which has given 10 days notice to comply the same
The OP filed the Writ Petition before the High Court on the ground of delay and latches which was also been raised before the CAT .The High Court refer the matter to CAT for reconsideration of the plea
The CAT has dismissed my C.P on the submission made by the OP that the order has been overturned

My queries are:
1 whether I can move my Application before the Supreme Court of India under SLP as the OP has reagigtated the matter before the High Court?
2 and has challenged the order directly before the High Court

If the CAT order is against you, you have to first make an appeal to the High Court and only thereafter you can go to the Supreme Court.

Yes, you are aggrieved by the order of the CAT , not the order of the high court.

If you were aggrieved by the High Court, what were you doing between the date of order by the High Court and the date when the CAT was re-examining the issue on the basis of High Court's decision?
