One of the aunty of my clinet filed a Complaint before JMFC ynder the provisions of DV and Maintenance and Welfare of Sr. Citizens Act....

Whereas the mohe of my client issued a notice about partition but the aunty falsely filed criminal complaint aginst my client//

Whehter my client be held responsible for maintenance and welfare of that lady where as he his residing sepeatey since 35 yrs...

Under the Senior Citizens Act the relative who may not be the children may have to bear the maintenance of that elderly person if he is in charge of that elderly person's property.
But in your case that can not be because of their separation for so many years. The DV Act will also not apply.
