I doest want to work for completing my notice period becase of unfavorable working evironment (due to boss). wht are the options with me?

Please establish the reasons leading to unfavorable work environment to your employer through your Union or a lawyer

You can purchase the deficiency of notice period if management agrees means pay for the remaining days.
