Sir,when the accused person resides out of the state where a criminal case has been filed against such person,then to which police the non-bailable warrant against such person are issued ? to the police of the state where the case has been filed or where the accused resides? is there any standard procedure in such cases? regards devendra

It is the police where the case was filed to act on the non bailable warrants through concerned police station where accused live.
