Second son is saying that this property comes from my father's money so he will file a suit to get share in property

Mr. Roshan,

Is your father alive?

NO one can stop anyone from approaching court of law if anyone feels that his/her rights have been infringed upon.

Kumar Doab (Expert) 13 June 2017
Does the other son have any evidence to establish his contentions.

Better avail considered opinion on docs, inputs, information from a very able senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity at your local location specializing in revenue/civil maters.

Sometimes strategy of your own able counsel, litigation fetches results even so called or assumed hopeless in hopeless matters.

If the father is alive he may agree to give some other property, equivalent to other son also.

Usually parents do not discriminate.

Try amicably with father!

Other son has no share / claim on the property which is in the name of your one son.
