Secretary has resigned

Our society is registered on 27.01.2016 n managing committee has selected in AGM meeting on 28.08.2016 in absence of registrar. Managing committe has selected chairman , Secretary n treasure now on 25.10.2016 Secretary n chair man have resigned because they doesn't have time only treasure is handlhandling day to day affairs what the process of selection new Secretary n chairman. Thanks
