Sir I want to file a public interest Litigation in Bombay HC .to abolish all the Britishers name railway station which are existed after 70th independence of india. Sir Im a Law Student & I'm studying so I can't afford a lawyer & their fees. So I request experts to pls guide me.thanks

You Could always File PIL for your Intention as per Article 32 of Indian Constitution and Procedures /Format would be Very Simple.Meet the Concerned Section Officer in Concerned Court.

For academic purpose first take high court rules original and appellate side rules , study them well , take this as assignment , once you go through it then study similar cases additional formats are there in the said rules plus drafting book in library. See I will encourage you from academic point of view and be well prepared in all rules , how you will present what you will say in min. In front of high court judge etc. Just filling is not solution see larger picture and be competent for handling this case
