transfer of DVC &MC. to mahila court from nizamabad court

I have filed DVC &MC at Armoor civil court (Nizamabad telangana)..iam staying in hyd &now I want to transfer these cases to Mahila court situated at Hyd metropoliton sessions..due to financial and professional problems I have facing.i heard that the court is for cases that in area of GHMC limits.please anyone help me to go through the perfect process to transfer these cases to mahila court

Since both the cities are in the same state then you can apply for transfer of the same in the high court.

You have to approach High Court.
