My known people are planning to open a sex toys shop at bangalore city. Is it possible? Or any legal problem is there? if legally this is possible, what are the procedures they have to follow?

Sex toys, like pornography, are officially banned in India as immoral.

It can done in a clinic where treatment is given for sexual disorders. As such in the grey market they are available. Legally opening a shop may be made in the hosiptals to begin with.

Sex toys have nothing to do with pronography. Vibrators and other stimulating amterial are available with the hospitals correcting their disorders.
