dear sir/madam
plz give light to my problem m in dire stress.my father dies when my grand father is alive.now he had passed away without any will so my uncle who doesnt a heir is writing off our ancesteral house to some one else n asking us to move out. does islamic law allow this?? what this na marhon law??

The query lacks clarity? Who is the owner of the property?

Also, note that there no concept of ancestral property under the Islamic Law.
