How to defence liability in friendly loan taken by accuse by way of cheques payment which shown by complaint through bank statements.

I am complainant. I have only bank statements which shown my transactions to accused account.

The friendly loan need to be proved beyond doubt through other evidences.

U have to prove the liability.I don't think U have any supporting documents for the loan,difficult to prove.
