My neighbour filled a fake case against me from court (156/3).Under charges 323 &504.I have not appeared in the court since begining bec I was not stating on the mentioned address. Case had been filled on 2006.Now my neighbour wants to file compromise in favour of me.Pls tell me how can close the case without trial.I want to get it close as earliest.

In that case in all probability there is NBW against you.
Since you have changed address without informing the police or court then you can also be in the absconder list.
You go to court for compromise and get arrested. Then seek bail (may or may not be on same day) and think of compromise.

Consult local lawyer and find out at what stage the case is? Obtain bail first.

In private complaint there wont be a NBW, the court may order a bailable warrant against the accused and it becomes the duty of the complainant to process the execution of warrant. So if it was a private complaint, no question of PO by police.
