About compassionate appointment

i m 37 year old male living in ujjain MP, my mother was in state govt. services in town planning department in MP, she died of heart attack at the age of 57 years in 2012 when i was of 34.
i have an elder brother working in railways but his salary alone is not enough for living a comfortable life, i myself an LIC agent, who somehow manages his expenses.
i want to know that whether i am eligible for applying compassionate appointment.
I am in very much need of a job.

Did you make any representation on record so far?

Download the rules for compassionate appointment and show these to an able labor-service matters lawyer and understand the merits and options.

You should have applied already, consult person well aware of the state compensate employment rules.
