(Querist) 02 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
on a complainant petition U/S 138 NI ACT, complainant disposed in his chip that i had send the the notice through my advocate and i filed the xerox copy of the said notice. the xerox copy was not exhibited. Is it sufficient evidence for notice serve to accused.

copy of the postal receipt should also be annexed with the postal department report if any.

1. AT conclude of Trial, what would taken for judgement /order purposes is the "duly proven" Documentary Evidence marked as "exhibit number" on record. Anything else besides this would not be counted as evidence, in any way.
