Formalities to make a will

Sir
My father want to make will in my name of all asset he own like house, shares FD.

Do the will need to be registered with witness or can be made without witness.

Can my father transfer all assets to my son who is 2 yrs old.

If yes then who can be his guardian.

1)Registration is not compulsory but at least 2 winesses compulsory.
2)What sort of transfer not spelt out.
3)By will-yes
By TRusts etc-yes.
U are the natural guardian of your son.

-- No need of registration, witness necessary on will, however, it is better to get it registered.

-- yes, he can bequeath his self acquired property, you are natural guardian of your son.
