I have entered into a un registered sale agreement with a developer to buy two plots 30�40 each for 19.2L in january 2013 paying 10L.But till date the developer is not coming forward to register the property saying there is some case pending on the land with previous land owners for non payment.What shold be my couse of action?

File a case in the consumer forum to register deed. If indeed there is defect in title then pray for refund of money and compensation.

You should have checked the pending cases through your lawyer before payment. Now send legal notice and file consumer complaint.
