(Querist) 19 June 2015 This query is : Resolved 

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a plot of land and constructed a
house on the plot.
The vendor and I both were using 8ft common
passage. Now the vendor
has sold his property to a promoter who
constructed multi storeyed
building (G+4). Does flat holder has right to use
that 8ft common
passage or not.

Whatever the vendor was enjoying would be enjoyed by the flat owners as well.
