Co-op housing soc miss use of power/post bysecretary

Dear Sir,

In my society Secretary Transferee society’s MTNL land line to his name without knowledge of Managing Committee. There is no any document or regulation about transferee for landline to his name In this case what action has can taken by Managing Committee.

let the chairman call for MC meeting for taking action against secretary for misuse of MTNL land line connection . based on secretary response issue show cause notice to him . ask him to furnish reply and after granting personal hearing remove the secretary

All the Societies are to be registered with the Registrar Societies and have to work under the laws and by Laws of the Societies Registration Act.
You can complaint this misuse of the rights given to secretary of the Society to the registrar of Societies.

If such irregularities are in the connivance of the chairman and other members, an application to the competent authority, viz., Registrar of societies may be moved to bring the irregularities to his notice and further action on it.
