can a person who is victim of domestic violence & arrest is yet to made apply for Anticipatory bail ???what should do to cancel Anticipatory bail???

who is arrested?? no provision to arrest in DV case in initial stage...

seems ur query is imaginary.
your frd [lady] can file DV if she is victim of domestic violence....

in DV cases you dont need bail as there is no question of arrest . only if their is breach of orders passed by magistrate can you be arrested
