Plea of alibi

(Querist) 26 June 2014 This query is : Resolved 
can plea of alibi be taken at the time of bail argument considering the fact that charge sheet has not been filed. e.g a person is in J/C for the offence of dacoity. he is in confinement for the last 30 days. challan has not been presented. i want to apply for regular bail. can i take plea of alibi at the time of bail argument.
