(Querist) 18 June 2014 This query is : Resolved 
have to pay 1 lac to my wife and at a time unable to pay this big amount therefore par month paying Rs.20,000.00 s a maintenance now still she sending arrest warrant how can i stop ?in this era this is a big amount after divorcee decree she can claim maintenance as she is more qualified and doing LLB
