Hiexperts,

i asked this query few days bak,things are same ,pls i beg guide me.

my client who is corporate had sent a legal notice through me to another corporate for recovery of money.

Now that company saying i will gv money but u need to send yr person to colect it in my office with letter of withraw of notice,invoice copy and apology letter.

He is asking apology letter coz he is saying u my client didnt call him for money nor sent any email,how ca u directly send me notice. He is asking apology letter for this,and letter of withraw of notice..

pls guide me experts,is there any law that we can send notice directly?
should v gv him apology letter?
any need?
and what is letter of withraw of notice?
what contents should v write?
any format pls help.
