I m amit from bombay. I filed a pvt complain againt the Accused in my area police station in the year 2011. The police faied to file FIR againdt the Accused .so I approached the Lt. metropolitan court . but the court after months failed to file the FIR Against the Accused because the police submitted the false report. so I challenge the order of the metropolitan crt in the sessions crt. were it was agains dismissed. The sessions crt did nothing and simply passed the order in favour of the Accused. now in the mean time I had filed 10 criminal WP in the Bombay high crt from the yr 2009 to 2014. which all were dismissed. and 2 criminal appl. under section 482 for direction to the cr to direct the pllice to immidiately file an FIR. in which one was directed to the sessions crt to expediously dismmised the case. now the last Cri. WP was dismmised in 10/3/14. so now I am filing CRA in the bombay high crt against the metropolitan crt order which was earlier dismmied before the sessions crt case was dismmised. so I want to ask u that should I challenge the sessions crt order in the bombay high or should challenge the metropolitan crt order.

it appears you dont have any case . all your complaints were dismissed in metroplitan magistrate court as well as sessions court . even HC has found no merit in your complaints . for get it

when I can file Wp criminal 10 petitions even they were disposed, than one should understand that there is a great merit in the case. it is not necessary that the case is dismissed than the petitioner is wrong and the case is false.

The Accused has very very high profile contacts.
