Our Co-op societies AGM for YF 2012-2013 is not held yet.Many times member of society told to Chairperson about the same but they ignore and not given any reason for the same. Plz advice how we can take action legally against them.

complain to dy registrar of cooperative societies . he will appoint an administrator for society .
