Dear Sir,
I have joined Chartered Accountants Firm, from 15.01.1994 and resignation on 30 September, 2012. Approx 19 years. Minimum 15 employees were employed in the CA firm. So my question is: I will be eligible for gratuity?
Please guide me.
Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Gratuity act is applicable if the no of employees is 10 or more.Since 15 employees are working,the Gratuity act is applicable.You are eligible for gratuity.

sir,
pranam, kuch din paile maine gratuaty ki liye labour office me apply kiya than, this month 21st july final hearing ho giya, total 5 hearing huwa but koi vi hearing me employer lawyer/representative nahi aiya, controlling officer(Gratuity) exparty ko kordiya,
sir, 21st July me exparty kardiya, but abhitak koi letter nahi aiya.
sir, rules kiya hai ja controlling officer 13 days ho giya abhitak letter nahi kiya,
or ak bat employer ko letter milne ki kitni din bad payment karna hota hai, eske bad employer kiya kiya korsakte.

aapko abhi koi letter nhi milega. aapne vakeel sahab ko appoint kiya hoga aur unhone btaya bhi hoga ki abhi aapko evidence krani hai aur uske baad controlling officer consideration karega matlab behas sunega aapke vkeel sahab ki aur court ke record ko dekhega aur uske baad hi apna faisla dega.
