Regarding recognition of degree

Sir, My brother has completed a BBA degree from CMJ University Meghalaya in 2009-12 in regular mode, now Meghalaya govt is dissoving the CMJ UNIVERSITY for indisipline, mis management, for il-legally issue of Phd degree to students , i want to know if university is shut down for so many reason whether there will be any impact on our BBA degree for recognition and for higher education and for govt job in india we are confused and depressed that how to handle and tackle this situation whatwill be the future of our carrier if university dissolve and meghalaya govt takes the decesion against recognition of CMJ degree,
WHAT should the next steps we have to take, kindly give answer PLZZZZZZ

If the govt had granted recognition and subsequently withdrawn ,the students acquiring degrees in the intervening period may not be prejudiced because of withdrawal of recognition there may be issues like estopple and violence of natural justice IE derecognising without notice to students
you can file a petition in the high court,the issues require to be settled authoritatively
