A. bail from high court or regular bail from lower court

H'able Ajay Sir,

i have high honour with your openion but i need your expert veiw in this time for going in such a way so that, opposition can not reach at thier aim to make me arrest if lower court called me to appear. cost matter is nothing here if you give advise to file before high court.

but, i want to go as per openion before lower court and if lower court rejects my bail then to high court.

kindly give your openion without considering the cost matter.
