Auto rickshaw park in street

Dear Sir
I have home in the middle of a street, my left side Neighbour park his commercial auto rickshaw in front of his home and he always threat us to park his auto in front of his house. My right side neighour park his three bikes in front of their home. I got injured minorly 2-3 times while passing/riding my own bike through street. Pls advice, what should I do in this condition or should I call police to get complaint registered. Pls advice what are the rules to park commerical auto rickshaw in street.

first you make police complaint and get CSR copy, thereafter he never give way, than you send legal notice to him, than you file pvt complaint at court.
the police should take necessary action against him because this is nusance case,
and your area people get complaint letter against him

all your neighbors are parking their vehicles in front of their house . if you are aggrieved complain to municipal corporation to declare area no parking zone as it is a narrow road and is hindrance for smooth running of traffic .if corporation dosent take any action then you have to move court for necessary reliefs
