Hi Friends,
My sister got married last year and she has a baby of 8 months old. Her father-in-law is working in a Police department.
Recently we came to know that brother in law is searching for a girl through online in the matrimonial site and also was chatting with few girls. We have the proof of his ID which is used to chat with girls and also he has mentioned his mobile number and his pictures to contact girls.
But there family is not believing that his son has done all these things.
He had taken all the gold which we had given during marriage to get the money. Brother in-law is also drunked. We are really family of orthodox. During marriage they demanded for a Lakh, from that money they bought the Car on my sisters name.
Our family is really tensed and worried how to handle this. We don't want to ruin my sisters life. I would really appreciate if anyone here can give advice. We stay in Bangalore.
Thanks

I am confused to connect your direct link with the brother in law of your sister. If he visits some cites or makes chatting with some girls on his ID (which is common in the present set-up of middle families, why should you worry? Why do you interfere in the internal matters of the family of others? I think you should immediately leave the family of your sister at their own fate. At present non of member of in-laws family of your sister is either teasing or harassing your sister, so I suggest you not to take any interest therein.

First of all i advise you don't make small issues into bigger problems, as there is no wrong in chating it is quite common pastime in the present scenario,it seems from your query that your Brother in law is not having any real relation with any other girl, if you have any solid proof of this then show it to your sister's in law's.
You had willfully given the money at the time of marriage, if your Brother in Law is in need of some money he has every right to sell it, there is no wrong in drinking as long as he knows about his limits.
You said they are demanding lacks during marriage.
Are they demanding now?

U advise your sister to take legal action against your b-i-l in the court with cogent evidences.
If due to the illegal act of ur b-i-l she is lilving with you and your b-i-l is negliecting your sister to maintain then she will have to file criminal misscelleneous case u/s 125 of Cr.P.C., she can also take the benefit of DV Act.
Thru., her baby she can claim her share in the properties of B-i-L.
It is not a good ground to take that b-i-l is chatting, it is quiet common now a days, if he has any illicit relation with any girl u can take this ground.
